FacebookTwitterGoogle+

Antoine Pouget is from the vineyard of the prestigious Château Pouget. Grand Cru Classé in 1855, it pays homage to the founder of the vintage, François-Antoine Pouget, “Councilor of the Roy” under Louis XV. The Marshal-Duke of Richelieu is at the origin of the coat of arms and the motto of Château Pouget.

Made from the same vineyard as the prestigious Château Pouget, this wine honors its founder, François-Antoine Pouget, official adviser of Louis XV of France.

Region:Margaux, France
Vintage:2014
Grape:60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc
Alcohol:13.5%
Tasting Note:Antoine Pouget is a wine with a round and accessible temperament, greedy, fruity; a feminine wine. The 2014 vintage reveals subtle notes of sweet spices (cinnamon). Silky and unctuous, we find in this wine balance and harmony that define the style of the best Margaux.
