Produced in limited quantities, Re Cliffside Cellar Island enjoys a double breeding on the island.Aged once in lightweight drums tannins and a second time in the Fort de La Pree, historical monument built in 1626 close to the ocean.
Bathed by the Atlantic Ocean spray whose waves come throw a few meters of the cellar, Re Cliffside Cellar Island acquires in this place a marine character said, unusually round. Drink as an aperitif in pure or slightly elongated digestive mineral water. To fully appreciate the aromas of the Cognac, we recommend curdling and taste as and measuring its temperature rise.
