An XO Calvados from Berneroy situated in the heart of the region. This is matured for around 25 years in Limousin oak. The result is an exceptionally balanced Calvados.
The distinctive nose of fresh apples, with a hint of pear, slowly evolves with age to develop more complex aromas of butter, vanilla, baked apple and licorice. The rich harmony of flavours of Berneroy Calvados makes it the perfect digestif which will also complement the finest cheeses.
